Greg Kearns
Greg is a health care strategist who has dedicated the past five years of his career to deeply studying and working full time in the emerging sector of psychedelic assisted therapies. Since founding his advisory firm, Forth Road Health, in 2019, Greg has offered consultation services to various organizations working to develop the infrastructure necessary for the successful integration of psychedelic medicines into the US health care system.
He previously worked for a year as the Director of Strategy and Working Groups for the Psychedelic Science Funders Collaborative (PSFC). Greg is proud to serve as the Chair of the Board and Interim Executive Director for Alchemy Community Therapy Center in Oakland, California.
Prior to entering the field of psychedelic assisted therapy, Greg spent 16 years developing expertise in operations, strategy, clinician relationships and community partnerships to drive strategic growth across the continuum of large, fully integrated, multi-channel health care systems. He previously served as Vice President of Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Innovation at Bon Secours Health System. Greg received his BS in Biology from Spring Hill College and his Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Divya Malhotra
Divya Malhotra is a motivated and entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, analytics, operational improvement, and innovation in the healthcare industry. She is the founder and CEO of an innovation and analytics firm, Purple Pivot, that assists organizations achieving innovation by leveraging analytics. Her firm assists hospitals, health plans and other healthcare organizations optimize their processes using analytics and advanced technological tools. She is a leader in system redesign with an expertise in operational tools such as Design Thinking, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Prior to starting Purple Pivot, she was the Executive Director of Analytics and Innovation at Stamford Health in Connecticut where she led operational redesign, strategy, and internal consulting for the organization. In her tenure there, she developed a system-wide analytics function and spearheaded the growth of the organization by leading strategy, analytics, and operational redesign for the entire system. Divya has extensive consulting experience working at Plante Moran and VHA (Vizient) helping healthcare providers strategically improve operations and reduce costs. Divya is a passionate leader with experience in designing innovative solutions for healthcare problems.
Divya holds a medical degree from India, a Master’s in healthcare administration (MHA) and a Master’s in business administration (MBA) from University of Minnesota. She holds a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is a design thinking expert. She resides in Stamford, Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.

Christopher Cornue
Christopher Cornue has dedicated his life to advancing health for all. He has done this through multiple leadership, executive and collaborative roles that have focused on creating needed change within systems, communities, and organizations. Currently, as Founder, President and Principal of sláinte global partners (sgp), he leverages these experiences and a cultivated network of partners and change agents to further the best possible health outcomes for patients and communities globally.
Most recently, Christopher served as Navicent Health’s Chief Strategy and Chief Innovation Officer, through which he led the system’s efforts to plan for the future and meet the organization's mission, vision and values. He collaborated with the organization's leaders, caregivers, physicians, community and other key stakeholders to establish and execute on strategy, operations and innovation across the system. Among his key accomplishments, he was a primary architect and leader of efforts to strategically combine with Atrium Health to form the US southeast’s largest healthcare system and elevate healthcare for all. Throughout his 25 years of service, he leverages his expertise in leadership, operations, strategy, physician relationships, thought leadership and clinical performance both domestically and globally. He has been a thought leader at Sg2 where he led the consulting practice, oversaw the Center for the Future, and served as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, working together to create change in healthcare. He was CEO of McKee Medical Center in Colorado, where he led the organization to strong financial performance and top decile performance in quality outcomes and patient satisfaction while creating an engaged workforce. He was Vice president at Sinai Health System, where he held system and medical group leadership, operational and strategic responsibilities. He worked with major academic medical centers nationwide at University Health System Consortium, and held several leadership roles at University of Chicago Medicine.
Christopher has collaborated with international partners to further global healthcare strategies and solutions, and serves as an expert and mentor with the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua). Partnering globally to enrich society through ideas and action, he was named a fellow in the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) in 2017. He is also a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds bachelor of science degrees in biology and chemistry and a master of science degree in health services administration from Gannon University. He currently splits time between Chicago and Seattle with his sgp advisory services.

Kelly Berry
Kelly Berry is a health, wellness and lifestyle brand strategist with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles for marketing and communications teams at public relations agencies, technology start-ups, and lifestyle brands. Kelly’s unique personality-based approach to brand strategy has allowed clients to connect with their desired target audiences and convert prospects into customers. Prior to her role as marketing and communications lead at Forth Road Health, Kelly founded a brand marketing and communications agency for entrepreneurs, KB Creative Collective. Over the past six years, Kelly has dedicated her time to developing brand identities, marketing campaigns, positioning, and content for health, wellness and lifestyle brands.
Simultaneously, Kelly trained with health and wellness practitioners around the world specializing in yoga, Pilates, meditation, bodywork, Chinese Medicine, anatomy, and functional movement therapies. As an alignment specialist, Kelly was the lead curator and instructor for the yoga program at the US State Department, has taught for sports teams including the Washington Mystics, and focuses in the integration of anatomical knowledge in yoga and breathwork exercises for private clients and corporate wellness initiatives. Previous to founding her own consulting and therapy practices, Kelly was the head of communications and acting marketing director of Sailthru a B2B technology company with over 1.6Bn users under management headquartered in downtown Manhattan. A seasoned storyteller, Kelly excels at identifying a brand’s core differentiators to create the most compelling narrative possible resulting in emotional connectivity between consumer and brand. Her work has led to team wins including the PRSA Silver Anvil, IABC Gold Quill, and recognition on Inc. 500’s Fasting Growing Companies.
Kelly’s work spans across industries from tech, education, health and wellness, real estate and design. Notable client work has included AHCA, Amgen, Art Sugar, Citi Habitats, Dewar’s, Vibrobath, Flatiron School, Scholastic, VIDA Fitness, Georgetown Pilates, Douglas Elliman, and HPDM New York among others.
Kelly holds a B.A. of English Literature from The College of William & Mary and various yoga, Pilates and bodyworker certifications. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.
